Asian Nose Implant
Building the Bridge – The Asian nose is often
saddle-shaped: the bony structure is disproportionately
small with a wide tip. If the patient wants a Caucasian
nose, then the surgeon must build the upper and middle
portion of the nose and reduce the lower part, (the tips
and alae).
The Procedure – An average of 7 to 8 mL of buffered
lidocaine with epinephrine is injected in the nasal
dorsum,tip, and gingival-labial area. After 10 minutes,
an incision is made in the gingival-labial area and,
with sharp and blunt dissection, is tunneled up to the
columella. Then scissors and a periosteal elevator are
used to undermine the skin of the nose and the
periosteum to create a pocket for the implant.
Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty with Radiesse
Non-surgical nose job takes about fifteen to thirty
minutes to perform. A topical numbing cream is applied
to the top of the nose. Radiesse is injected to fill
depressions, smooth out sharp angles, or change the
angle of the tip of the nose, restoring symmetry and

look at yourself in a mirror and have control over the
results.

return to work immediately.

also cause physical pain, aching, burning, swelling, and
night cramps. The sclerotherapy injection process is a
procedure designed to diminish the appearance of
currently visible spider veins.
